[gradsusr] Hurricane tracking chart

Hi everybody,

I'd like to plot the best tracks for storms (subtropical storm,
depression, hurricane, etc.), including all data (time, legend, color,
etc.), something like this:

Does anyone have plotted this kind of chart  using GrADS?. I have a script
to plot tracks but no the rest of information (time, legend, color, etc).
