OACRES - Radii of Influence

It is the distance from the grid with in which the stations are used and values are
weighted. I feel (as the contours does not go far into the data void regions) the
distance is in terms of grid_length units, just a guess!! The src code developer(s) must
be able to tell us correctly. Sorry!
