Calculating monthly wind vector

[Wansang Ryu]

Dear Grads Users,

I want to calculate monthly wind vector at a station.
The data I have is monthly for 30 years, so the number of times is 360.
How can I calculate wind vector for each month, starting Jan to Dec.
Can anyone help me out?
