How to Create Station Data from Grid Data

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a gridded data and I can plot the variables.
I want to get the Data at one Particular Latitude and Longitude (ie) for a station.
When I give 'set lat 12.42' it is taking at 12N as I have 1 degree data.

So, I request you to suggest me to get an interpolated value to a particular
lat/long (Station) from the Gridded data.
