detrend and deseasonalising data

Dear All,

I am new to GrADS and I have a favour to ask.
I have monthly mean carbon monoxide ASCII data from ground-based measurements for the period 2000-2008. I am intend to detrend and deseasonalise data to look at trend in the data and also wish to calculate 12-month running average.

Does anyone have GrADS script to do these analysis?
