how to find maximum wind level

Hello
I want to find maximum wind level. So I have used this command
d max(sqrt(u*u+v*v),lev=700,lev=1000)
this command works fine.
But alongwith this image i want to know level of each maximum value in that
plot.

Anyone has  solution ?
