write to text file

I attached a file for you
can you write it's data to a text file
I wish you set lat. and lon and then write it to text file
set lat 20 50
set lon 10 40
and in your text file I wish  you export u;v such below;

            lon=10   lon=20  lon=30
lat=20   u;v         u;v       u;v
lat=30   u;v         u;v       u;v
lat=40   u;v         u;v       u;v
