Currently, the directory Classic/bin is equivalent to the previous
win32e directory. Now, you don't really need to do this in this
directory (actually, I discourage you from doing this as you may
accidentally overwrite one of the binaries). All you have to do is to
put this binary directory on your path. See the Getting_Started.html
document for instructions on how to set your path. The "setup.exe"
package that I'll be posting shortly will set the path for you (unless
you disable it.)
