About Quickscat data

Dear Users,
             Does anyone having a program or a way how to concatenate the
Quickscat daily nc files into monthly or yearly files. Has anyone worked on
that..??. The link is following.

Also does anyone having a script to derive Drag coefficient from Quickscat
daily data..?. If yes kindly send it to me. Also what is the exact equation
for calculating drag coefficient..??
