Installation of GrADS on Fedora 8

Grads (the previous version) is packaged on fedora. So a
yum install grads
will install it (without lats, for licensing reasons).

Now if you want to compile/install by hand you could still have a look at
the package to see what is needed for the build, or use the supplibs.
