Sorry for the delay, but work has been busy!
Well I dont know exactly how the image was created because I found it on a
another website.
I personally think they applied a "dirty trick". I think they already made
ranges in the MOS stationdata (so before you use the STNmap utility) and
then create a ctl. model. In this way you create different files and open
one after the other and then you can adjust the colour. For each file that
you open you will get a "different" tmax: tmax, tmax.2, tmax.3, tmax.3 etc.
We havent tried this dirt trick yet, because we wanted to consult with the
GrADS users to see if there is a simple and fast solution. It would be great
if in the near future this this feature could be implemented into GrADS! It
really surprises me that with all the possibilities of GrADS this isnt
included....
