cnvgrib gribmaster and other issues with converting grib2 to 1

Thanks Nils. It still doesn't work.  g2lib-1.1.9 has a configuration for 64
bit (CFLAG). I am wondering which versions of g2lib, g2clib, cnvgrib, jasper
and w2lib you are using, so that I can give it a try.
