For each pressure level, and with the ncdf files of u (uwnd in file 1), v (vwnd in file 2 and specific humidiy (shum in file 3), you can apply:

'define zon=uwnd.1*shum.3'
'define mer=vwnd.2*shum.3'

the water flux in each level can be displayed:

'd zon,mer'

you can apply the the integrated vertical function for zon and mer involving the levels you need, by means of defining new vettical integrated variates. (izon and imer, for example)
