printim in greyscale

Aviva,
Perhaps there's an easier way, but one way to do it is to use the default
colorscale, but use 'set rgb.....' to define your greyscales, e.g....

'set rgb 16 150 150 150'
'set rgb 17 175 175 175'
...and so on, then use the 'set ccols...' and 'set clevs...'  to set the
colors and levels.
