ensemble mean, standard deviation and min-max diagrams

Hello,
           In the document of "The ensemble dimension', there is a
diagrams shows ensemble mean, +/- one standard deviation and minimum
and maximum values over all members.  Does anyone know where can I
download the grads script to display the diagram?  Thanks!
