variables 121 and 122

Hai-Ru and other ECMWF users,

    I just put a beta-version wgrib on-line at
ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/wd51we/wgrib/wgrib.c.beta
This version should add the variables 121 and 122 to the control files
as well as many others.

     v1.8.0.12z: 4/09 updated/added ectables: 128, 129, 131, 132, 133,
140, 150, 151, 160, 162, 170, 171, 173, 174, 180, 190, 200, 210, 211, 228

The new tables were generated by a program that pulled the data from the
ECMWF web pages.
