Better hires maps

In the list archive I found an old post of mine about the same problem.
I cover northern Europe and my users from Estonia weren't happy to be a
part of USSR on my maps :). There is a good hires map at

ftp://grads.iges.org/grads/boundaries/newmap

Just include it in your map library.
