WRF output

Hi All, I am a new user of WRF.
I downloaded the latest version v3.0.1 and compiled with gfortran for a real
case.
I also used the test data on the ncar website (Jan 2000) to test WRF.
Things went kind of smoothly but I finally got an output file.
Now I need to view the file.
I have installed GrADS but I am not sure how to use it and view the wrfout
file.
I tried installing ARWpost but it couldn't.
How do I view these output files?
