This works on WRF2.x output:

Download and compile new wgrib from
http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/wesley/wgrib.html
Then:
perl grib2ctl.pl -verf WRF_GRIB_FILE > wrf.ctl
/home/user/GrADS/bin/gribmap -i wrf.ctl
Now i can draw maps, something like this:
http://www.gfspl.rootnode.net/WRF_T2M.png

Maybe this will work on 3.0.1 too.
