Look in config.log for clues as to why it can't find grib2.h -- you
may need to set environment variables SUPPLIBS, or else CPPFLAGS and
LDFLAGS to point to the locations of your library installations. You
will also need libgrib2c.a to get GrADS to compile with grib2 support.
