country boundaries for Balkans

Dear GrADS users,

does anyone have made recently any plot with the new country boundaries for countries that used to be a part of former Yugoslavia (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia e.t.c.) or at least, have an idea of how is it possible to plot a map with the boundaries of these countries?
