SST file For ETA MODEL is missing on the net . (help)

Dear all Users.
Hi all ;
I am runing an ETA Model in Central Forecasting office , but i meet a problem to find the SST file
that is necessary to run the model.
the file name is  sst2dvar_grb_0.5  in grib1 format.
