UAV data input

Dear Grads users

I am working on a project with UAV integration in atmospheric science. Until
now we have managed to make some measurements with the airplane. UAV
recorded data (temp, humidity, wind) over on specific area (10x10km) at
constant altitude. If we neglect time differenc between first data logged
and last (which is approximately 15 minutes) we say that variables were
recorded at the same time. Now what i want is to input (for example)
temperature data. In my .txt file i have coordinates from every taken data
and altitude which is constant. Can anybody explain me how to read .txt data
and make outupts in grads.

my file looks like this

14.02004  46.02302         3
14.00203  44.02453         3.1   and so on
