netcdf rotated lat-lon grid

Hi,

| GrADS does not think that rlon and rlat are coordinate variables
| representing the x and y axes, because they have units of "degrees",
| not "degrees_east" and "degrees_north", respectively.

*If* that is the only problem, I think you can change the units using
ncatted in NCO (http://nco.sourceforge.net/ ).  Since I don't know how
GrADS uses dimensions in NetCDF files, I don't know if it will solve
your problem, though.
