plot rotated data

Hi,

I'm downloading data from:
URL="http://www.ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/data/nccf/com/gfs/prod/"
and I obtain rotated data.

I'm using Grads v1.8SL11 32-bit little-endian readline printim

how can I plot this data with no-rotation?
