Converter grib2 -> grib

Perhaps it's typo but the syntax is:
cnvgrib -g21 infile outfile
to convert from grib2 to grib1

I use that linux binary on FreeBSD (read my previous messages) but it
is very slow: I don't know if it's due to emulation or to missing
compilation optimization.
