Latitude Longitude Labels Missing (GrADS Version 2.0.a1)

GrADS 2.0.a1

Noted a problem that I have not seen posted on the gradsuser list using
subject version of GrADS.

$grads -l
ga->open <datafile.ctl>
ga->set background 1
ga->c
ga->set annot 0
ga->set xlopts 0
ga->set ylopts 0
ga->d <variable>

Lat/Lon axes are displayed but no tick marks or labels.

Linux RH9 x86
GrADS 1.9b3

$grads -l
ga->open <datafile.ctl>
ga->set background 1
ga->c
ga->set annot 0
ga->set xlopts 0
ga->set ylopts 0
ga->d <variable>

Lat/Lon axes and tick marks/labels are displayed.
