Reading NARR netCDF data in GrADS 1.9 for windows

I am trying to display NARR netCDF data in Grads 1.9 for Windows. It looks
like it does not recognize the 'add offset' value in the header file. I am
wodering if there is a fix for this problem. Here is the output:
