station data

Dear grads user,

I wrote a C program to convert my file.txt into binary file.txt.dat,
during the C program If I read the output of printf I have right data,
I run stnmap and no error,
but when I plot this data by grads I have no good data, you can find
an example of temperature plot.
I put all my data and program in attachment, could you tell me where I'm wrong?
