Converting ECMWF .pp data file into GrADS-readable data format

Dear Mr Lincoln,

     Thank you.

     By using the downloaded xconv (version 1.91), I notice that there are two files in the attached .pp data set. Both are 32-bit ieee byteswaped.  However, after selecting one of them to be converted as test.nc file, errors occurred when I opened it in GrADS (window version 1.9.0-rc1).  Can you guide me further, and if possible, provide me the correct step-by-step procedures ?
