Performing remote analysis on Windows

Hi,

I'm a newbie, and just wondering if it's possible to perform remote
analysis on Windows on the data on
nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov:9091/dods/NCEP_NARR_DAILY

I've tried the following operation found in GrADS-DODS Server - User's
Guide (http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov:9091/user.html):

ga-> sdfopen http://motherlode.ucar.edu:9090/dods/_expr_{C20C_A,C20C_B}
{ave((rh.1-rh.2),time=1jan1960,time=1dec1960)}
{0:360,-90:90,1000:1000,1nov1976:1nov1976}

but always get this error message:

Open Error: Can't open description file
