WHIRLPOOL: tracking dot to be vortex

HELLO EVERYONE,
    I got the winds to move with my track dot as I
q.....NOWWW :):):), how do I get the whirlpool affect
as to where my tracking dot would be the
Vortex(center) of my winds, I do have nice
streamlines.....
    can someone help me??
