how to draw rectangle

Hi all,

I am trying to highlight Indian region drawing a transparent BOX over a Grads image.

I am using "draw rec xlo ylo xhi yhi" command, but its not working. could somebody
help me to draw a rectangle over a selected location.

Following are the sequence of command im using in script file.

'set display color white'
'c'
'set grads off'
'set gxout shaded'
'set clevs 0 50 100 150 200 250 300 325 350'
'set ccolor rainbow'
'd Oz'
'draw rec 65 8 95 35'
