GrADS launch failed

Hi,

    Sorry. There is a GrADS 1.8sL11 window version.  I
could not open any file using this version as it
mentioned that undat directory is not available as
mentioned[.../usr/local/...].  This is probably one of
the bugs.  The developer may wish to offer his/her
help.  I do not encounter any problem by reinstalling
my 1.8sL9 version.
