No scaling environment

[Morwakoma Matabane]

I attempted to convert the world coordinates to x,y coordinates using the command 'query w2xy 'dlong' 'dlat and found the response NO SCALING ENVIRONMENT. In order to get an appropriate coordinate response, does one need to multiply each latitude or  longitude field  by some scaling factor?
