How to work with GRIB2 in GrADS

I just realized there was a part II to the question. Required
libraries for handling GRIB2 are:
g2clib, zlib, libpng, libjasper, and libjpeg. Please see http://
www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html
for links to the src code for these libraries and their home pages.
