How to describle Bootstrap sea ice concentration data from NSIDC?

Hi folks,
    Does anyone ever use GrADS to plot Bootstrap sea ice concentration data from NSIDC(http://nsidc.org/data/docs/daac/nsidc0079_bootstrap_seaice.gd.html),
which are gridded on the SSM/I polar stereographic grid (25 x 25 km)(http://nsidc.org/data/grids/ps_grid.html)? I have tried to plot them,but I failed 
because data do not correspond to the map.  I wonder how to define map projection grid for that data in .ctl file. thanks! Attached are a sample of the data files and 
my description file.
