grads scripts for thermodynamic indices

Dear Pradeep Arora,

I'm not sure if this would work, but perhaps in a GrADS script, you
could define a variable containing all zeros, then loop over (x,y) grid
points, run "plotskew.gs" at each grid point, and replace the each
"zero" value of your defined variable with the desired index value from
"plotskew.gs"?
