Background topography maps in GRADS

Kevin,
Their cloud field is not transparent. Look for instance at
7E 36N, near Tunisia, its not possible to see the mountains
under the clouds.
It seems to me that they have drawn the political boundaries
and cities on top of the cloud field. To get the topography
underneath, just use the printim command and add an
layer below (option -b) your plot while generating the gif
or png. Check all info here:
