Compiling cnvgrib using G95

I am running it on a unix platform and transferring the the files back to
the win o/s.
I use winXP and run vmware to have linux as guest o/s and afterwards moving
the files from linux to winxp.

I found this easier than compiling in winxp.
Let me know if you get it compiled on windows...
Oh I have ask NCEP, too, they told me that there is no support for winXP
