help for significance test

Dear List,

I have two climate simulation outputs from WRF in GRIB format. First
simulation was conducted with natural land cover and other was conducted
with changed land cover. I want to look if the temperature and precip
differences that I obtain with changed land cover are significant or not.

I would like to ask if anyone has a script or a suggestion to employ
significance test to model output data?
