up and down arrow key in GrADS

Hi All,

I encounter a problem in GrADs when switching from Unix to Linux.
After entering into GrADs window with gradsc command, I cannot move up and
down arrow key to repeat/search commands I used before, which is very
inconvenient.
The left and right arrow keys, and backspace key don't work either. I can
only use 'delete' key to modify the commands.

Anyone has any ideas for this?
