X-axis labeling with same range

Dear Grads User,
I am trying to plot the vertical profile of
model output 'Theta-e' at different time interval.
I am ploting 4 pictures for different time in a page
with Vpage.
But for diffrent time the Theta-e value ranges with
diffrent values.
Sometimes it ranges 350-360 K and sometimes 340-365 K.
So It is difficult to analyse in a single page for comparison.
I want to fix the label same i.e 340-360 K for all 4 pictures.
I tried with Set xaxis..... and set xlevs......commands.
But it is not working properly.
I request you kindly suggest me to overcome this problem.
