Using grads to display BUFR satellite data

I'm am trying to display some BUFR data from a satellite image. The BUFR data contains messages of windspeed and winddirection at different locations. What I'm trying to do is to pretend that every message of a windvector is a station report, so that I can display the data in GrADS.
 
Every message contains information about the windspeed, winddirection, pressure level of this windvector and location in lat/lon. When I first read the BUFR file with bufrscan, the program couldnt find some information in the specified tables, so I modified those to include the information. I've included the modified BUFR tables, the output of the bufrscan (with -h and -d), the BUFR file and the BUFR descriptor file I created. 
 
The problem is that when I load the BUFR descriptor file, it somehow doesnt seem to read the BUFR file. I can modify the levels, time and locations etc, but when i try to plot something, it doesnt give any output but neither does it give an error. I think it might have something to do with the level and/or time variable, but I cant find out what i'm doing wrong.
 
Can anybody help me out?
