missing /usrx/local/grads/dat/tables/B3M-000-012-B table?

GrADS-folks:

I was trying to read some BUFR files with Grads today here at NCEP. I think
I have the *.ctl file set up correctly, and there are no complaints from
grads when I open the ctl file.  However, when I try to display a variable,
I get the following:

Error opening table B file (/usrx/local/grads/dat/tables/B3M-000-012-B): No
such file or directory

I was wondering if you have tried to read BUFR files with grads and have
seen this error before?  It happens whether I use a ctl file I built for
multilevel data or for single level data.  I looked in the
/usrx/local/grads/dat/tables directory on our machines (where the BUFR
tables reside for GrADS at NCEP), and they do not have the B3M-000-012-B table.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?  I don't know enough about grads to
say whether grads should be looking for the *012-B table and just isn't
finding it, or if it is supposed to be looking for one of the other tables
in /usrx/local/grads/dat/tables and it is looking for *012-B by mistake.
