horizontal divergence (hdivg)

Hi, John.
The problem here is that the hdivg function calculates the horizontal divergence in "central finite difference", so that it must indeed loss boundary informations. Remember that finite differences take data from neighboring points to calculates a value in the central point. As the grid boundaries don´t have neighboring points beyond the grid, grads uses "no data" values at the boundaries.
