display error in Gradsnc

Hi Rafael,

Thanks!  It seems that ncview can display this variable. And I am not very
clear about what you mean about the format to grads. I think Grads claims
that it accepts CF-NetCDF. And I also had this file checked with CF-Checker
which shows it's a cf-netcdf. Do you know where I can find out more detail
information about the format requirement of Grads variable?
