Opening list

Dear GrADS list moderators,

Is it possible to make the message archives opened to anyone that has
doubts about GrADS usage?
At present, all people that want to search for answers in the e-mail
archive have to subscribe to GrADS users list , but there are many
people that do not want to subscribe to the GrADS list and do not want
to receive a lot of messages.
