What a friendly message to get before a coredump. Try changing your
variable declaration:

from
TOR=>tor 1 99 Tropospheric Ozone Residual
to
TOR=>tor 0 99 Tropospheric Ozone Residual

and see if that helps.
You're telling GrADS that the variable TOR has a Z dimension, when in
fact it doesn't.
