subscribing to mailing list

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble subscribing to the gradsusr mailing list. I get a
response email claiming I cannot join because the list has been
closed. Can someone please help me with this issue?

My email address is wt at atmos.colostate.edu, and my name is Warren
Turkal. I am emailing through one of my user's email addresses who is
already on the list.
